Meet the Caplingers - Sunday, October 25, 2026, Todd & Paz Caplinger, our supported missionairies in the Philippines, will be joining us for the service and Pastor Tey has invited Todd to bring the message.

Stories of Hope - You're Invited! Join us and our ministry partner, Alliance Family Sercies, for coffee, light appetizers, and real stories of hope from the clients your generosity has supported. The event is at Calvary on Thursday, November 5 at 5:30 pm in the auditorium. RSVP by October 29 to dcontreras@alliancefamilyservices.org or admin@calvaryschaumburg.org. Spend an evening with the clients whose lives you've changed. 

The Big Clean - Join us for this year's deep cleaning of our younger children's classrooms. All toys, cabinets, and mats will be moved out, washed, sterilized, and put back in place. This will take place on November 5 from 11:00 am - 3:00 pm and November 6 from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm. See Missie or Eva for details.

Women's Ministry - Let’s make some beautiful projects – no talent required! The St. Charles Board & Brush has been reserved for us on the evening of Tuesday, November 10 from 6:30 – 8:30 pm. Sign up at the Welcome Desk and find more information on the church website.

55+ Group - Are you between the ages of 55 – 105 years old? If so please join David and Marina Riemenschneider for the next 55+ group meeting on Saturday, November 14 room 10:00 11:30 am in room 223.

Men's Breakfast - Saturday, November 14 at 8:30am at Golden Corral, 154 S. Gary Ave, Bloomingdale, IL. Join us for good food, good fellowship, and prayer. Any questions, please call Alex Darnall at 630-292-4557.

Benevolence - We believe a church family means caring for one another when needs arise. Our Benevolence Fund helps us come alongside members of our church family with practical support and the love of Christ. Beginning November 1st, the first Sunday of each month, a Benevolence envelope will be included in the bulletin. You can also give online. Together, we can be ready to help when a need arises.

Welcome Desk & Greeter Opportunities - Do you love greeting and meeting new people? Want to be in the know so you can answer quetions about Calvary? Join the Welcome Team to serve as a greeter or behind the Welcome Desk. Contact Diana Casas to learn about the oppotunities.

Women's Bible Study: Beginning on Wednesday, September 9, the group will meet every other Wednesday night from 6:30 - 8:15 pm in room 208.  We will be studying 1 Corinithians using a LifeChange study guide.

Men's Book Study: The "Early to Rise" men's book study will begin its next book, Holy Helps for a Godly Life, on Thursday, September 10 at 6:00 am in Room 208. The book costs $11. To order a copy or to learn more, contact Dave Steuer..

Women's Bible Study: Beginning on Thursday, September 10th, the group will meet from 9:30 - 11:00 am every Thursday. We will be studying 1 & 2 Peter: Living Hope in a Hard World by Lydia Brownback. If you are interested, please contact Barb Quinn at Barb Quinn for more information.

Women's Book Study: This group will begin meeting again on Monday, September 14 at 7 pm in room 226. Young and old are invited to this weekly book study. While many people know about God, not many people truly know Him. In the modern classic Knowing God, J.I. Packer challenges Christians to the most important pursuit of their lives- to know and be known by God. Any questions email Toni George

Men's Bible Study: This group meets on Thursday mornings from 9:00 - 10:00 am in Room 235. They are currently studying the book of Esther.

Calvary Fellowship Team - If you enjoy the planning and execution of church fellowship events , please consider being part of the Calvary fellowship team. We are looking for new volunteers. Please contact Lisa Phalen if you are interested.

Youth Leaders Wanted - Are you looking for a ministry to serve in here at Calvary? Consider serving with Refinery. We are looking for leaders to connect with and support our students by assisting with game time, small groups, and events. Contact Joshua Steuer for more information.

Refinery - Refinery will be meeting on Sundays 6:30-8:30PM. We are excited to be starting a new video series called Grace Culture. Please have Students enter through Door 4.

The Coffee Cafe needs help, particularly from 10:00 to 10:30 and/or for about 15 minutes after the service to assist with cleanup. If interested, please talk with Earl Casas at the Welcome Center or Andi Ammentorp at the Coffee Cafe. 

Communion Servers Needed – Anyone interested in being a communion server, please contact John Keane.

MERT Team is looking for licensed doctors, nurses or paramedics to join our Medical Emergency Response Team. Anyone interested please contact Angela Baisler with questions and for details. 

Prayer Meetings - Every Sunday morning at 8am and Wednesday night at 7pm we have prayer meetings via Zoom. See the website for the Zoom login information under the "About" section and the heading "Prayer." We'd love to see you there!

Mom's Small Group - If you are a mama of a munchkin and are interested in joining a small group dedicated to supporting moms, please pick up a flyer outside of the nursery and preschool area or email mamasandmunchkinsccc@gmail.com.

Meals for the Master - We are in need of volunteers to bless people in need of meals during sicknesses and other trials of life. If you are interested in serving, please email Ruth Rumbles. 

Baptism - If you have trusted in Jesus Christ as your Savior and have never been baptized by immersion in obedience to him as Lord, now is the time! Please contact one of the Elders for more information.
